 It was on a beautiful autumn morning that this daring idea came to us: to age a wine in oak barrels without adding sulphite!
 The method is risky, ask our oenologist ... but the result is quite simply fabulous: an explosion of red berries on the palate completed by a creamy and finely woody finish.
