In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
Margot is the 6th generation of the Coudert family, owner, winegrower and breeder at Château Castagnac in Bordeaux. Mischievous and gentle, we wanted to create a cuvée in his image: a wine from the right bank composed only of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon supported by a vinification without added sulphites which brings us a very beautiful aromaticity and silky tannins. Drink it immediately at room temperature accompanied by a rack of lamb or a grilled piece of beef and you will have the impression of biting into a nice juicy blackberry.
