In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
Coming from a small 2.5 hectare estate on the right bank of Bordeaux, we vinify this wine as naturally as possible while respecting the fruit, followed by aging for one year in French oak barrels. We thus obtain a fresh wine, finely woody, dominated by aromas of plums and blueberries typical of Merlot. This wine will continue to improve over time although it can now be served at room temperature, after a light aeration, on a rich and creamy dish such as roast veal in a crust or duck skewers marinated in soy
To discover, one of the most beautiful AOC of Bordeaux.
